12. You Experience Reduced Urination

You know you’re not drinking enough water if you’re not taking a trip to the restroom 4 to 7 times a day. Proper hydration will result in a light yellow or “clear” urine, while a darker yellow color is your body’s signal that it’s dehydrated. Severe dehydration can sometimes lead to urinary tract infections, which should be treated by a doctor immediately.

13. You Experience Premature Aging

As we get older, the amount of water our bodies retain naturally decreases. Increasing your water intake is essential to aging healthily. Although premature aging may be more obvious on the outside, the harm it does to our insides will eventually be felt over time. Make drinking water a priority throughout your lifetime to combat premature aging.
